Job description

Responsibilities:

• Serve as a clinical expert for our hysteroscopy and IVD solutions, providing on-site technical guidance and support to physicians during procedures or product use;
• Build and maintain strong relationships with medical staff, capturing and relaying clinical needs and user feedback;
• Conduct in-hospital product trainings, support academic or marketing workshops, and assist with product demonstrations;
• Monitor key accounts and departments to ensure safe and effective product use;
• Troubleshoot technical issues that arise during surgeries or diagnostic processes to ensure seamless operations.

Requirements:

• Diploma or above, preferably in Nursing, Biomedical, Hospitality or related fields;
• Prior OR nurse, department nurse, clinical support, IVD application or high-value medical device OR support experience is a plus;
• Strong communication skills and learning agility, with the ability to quickly master medical product knowledge and procedural essentials;
• Willingness to travel and work in OR environments, with high responsibility and stress resilience.
