Job summary

The DRX Clinic Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Clinic Assistant to support doctors in daily clinical operations in Singapore. You will assist during procedures, prepare patients, manage documentation, and help ensure smooth clinic workflow.

Responsibilities include helping with procedures, patient preparation, front desk support, stock management, and maintaining hygiene standards. Healthcare experience and basic computer skills are preferred.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to support clinical staff in a clinic or hospital setting.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with patient records or appointment systems.
• Strong communication and customer-service aptitude.

Responsibilities

• Assist doctors during medical and aesthetic procedures to ensure safe and efficient treatment delivery.
• Prepare patients for procedures and manage consent forms and documentation.
• Handle non-medical duties that support clinic operations and patient care.
• Capture basic pre- and post-treatment photos and maintain patient records.
• Explain procedures, downtime, and post-care instructions to patients.
