We are seeking an experienced and skilled Team Leader to lead and manage a team of General Practitioners support staff. The successful candidate will lead a team of clinic managers and staff, driving business growth, and implementing strategic initiatives to enhance clinic performance.

Key Responsibilities:
Operational Management: - Oversee the daily operations of a cluster of clinics, ensuring compliance with regulations and company policies. - Manage clinic budgets, resources, and staffing to achieve business objectives. - Implement process improvements to enhance patient flow, reduce wait times, and increase productivity.
Leadership and Development: - Lead, mentor, and develop a team of clinic managers and staff to achieve departmental goals. - Foster a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous learning. - Conduct performance evaluations, provide feedback, and identify training needs.
Patient Experience: - Ensure delivery of high-quality patient care, excellent customer service, and positive patient experiences. - Implement patient satisfaction initiatives and monitor feedback to drive improvements.
Business Growth: - Drive business growth through strategic planning, market analysis, and competitive intelligence. - Identify opportunities to increase revenue, expand services, and enhance market share.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in clinic operations management and leadership.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data, think strategically, and make informed decisions.
- Experience with clinic management software and systems.
- Understanding of healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and compliance requirements.
