Job Descriptions

  • Handle registration of patients’ visits.

  • Appointment scheduling (handling both inbound and outbound calls and emails).

  • Billing and payment

  • Observation wards monitoring: prepare the necessary medical documents for doctors’ review.

  • Coordinate the admission and discharge of patients.

  • Perform swab tests for patients

Requirement

  • Strong team player, able to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment

  • Passionate to work in Healthcare industry

  • Strong communication skills

  • Experience in frontline customer service preferred
