Job summary

A leading healthcare management company in Singapore is seeking a Healthcare Operations Manager to oversee daily operations at service points and clinics. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing healthcare operations and frontline staff, with strong problem-solving and communication skills. This role involves enhancing patient experiences and ensuring safety and compliance within the healthcare environment.

Qualifications

  • Min 3 years of experience in healthcare operations management.
  • Min 2 years of experience supervising frontline staff in a multi-site environment.
  • Familiarity with patient service recovery processes preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations of assigned service points and clinics, ensuring efficiency and service excellence
  • Lead and manage frontline non-nursing staff including recruitment, training, and appraisals
  • Partner with clinical and nursing teams to resolve process issues and enhance patient experience
  • Monitor service volumes, set business targets, and support financial budgeting
  • Develop and implement innovative service solutions to improve patient satisfaction
  • Ensure compliance with safety, licensing, and healthcare regulatory standards
  • Prepare reports and present operational performance to management

Requirements:

  • Min Degree in any discipline (Healthcare, Business, or related fields preferred)
  • Min 3 years of experience in healthcare operations management
  • Min 2 years of experience supervising frontline staff in a multi-site environment
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Familiarity with patient service recovery processes and regulatory compliance is an advantage
