📍 Location: Queenstown

🕘 Working Hours: Monday – Friday | Office Hours

📝 Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the clinic to ensure smooth workflow
• Manage clinic staff scheduling, performance, and training
• Monitor patient flow and ensure excellent service standards
• Handle clinic inventory, procurement, and logistics
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and clinic SOPs
• Coordinate with doctors, external vendors, and internal departments
• Manage budgets, billing processes, and financial reporting
• Support marketing and business development initiatives
• Handle patient feedback, incidents, and service recovery
• Implement process improvements for better efficiency and patient care

Requirements:

• Min. Degree in any related field
• Min. 3 years of clinic/healthcare operations experience, with prior management/supervisory experience preferred
• Strong organizational and leadership skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proficient in MS Office and clinic management systems
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and service standards in Singapore
