Job summary

A leading healthcare company is looking for an Operations Manager to ensure excellence in service delivery and manage clinic operations. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Healthcare or Business Administration and relevant experience in a healthcare setting. You will work closely with clinical teams to optimize operations and enhance patient care quality.

Overview
This role plays a key part in driving service excellence, managing daily operations, and leading a team to deliver patient-centred care.

What you'll be doing

  • Assist the Operations Manager in planning and coordinating daily clinic activities to ensure cost-effective and efficient operations

  • Co-manage the daily operations of the clinic with a partner, ensuring smooth patient flow and high-quality service delivery

  • Supervise and manage frontline operations staff to maintain service standards and uphold patient safety

  • Optimise resource utilisation and staffing to meet operational needs

  • Plan and implement initiatives to enhance workflow efficiency, patient experience, and service quality

  • Collaborate closely with clinical, nursing, and allied health teams to support integrated patient care

  • Support service recovery efforts and drive continuous improvement through feedback and data insights

  • Ensure compliance with operational policies, processes, and quality standards

  • Participate in change initiatives, projects, and service audits as needed

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor Degree in Healthcare Administration/ Business Administration or related studies

  • 1 - 3 years of healthcare experience, preferably in a bigger setting

  • Experience in managing or supervising staff is preferred and will be an advantage

  • Strong organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

  • Proficient in MS Office and comfortable with operational systems
