Able to commit to 5.5 days work week (Saturday)

Our client, a leading healthcare organisation in Singapore is currently seeking a candidate to join them as a Clinic Operations Executive.

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee the smooth functioning and operation of the clinics
• Oversee clinic appointments, overall staff deployment and resource allocation
• Ensure guidelines and procedures related to clinic services are adhered to by all relevant personnel
• Handle Public Relation cases at first line and assist clinic staff in dealing with difficult situations
• Maintain discipline in compliance with policies
• Ensure timely submission of monthly reports and accuracy of clinical indicators

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Degree in any discipline
• Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in clinic or healthcare setting
• Commit to a 5.5 Day work week, inclusive of Saturday work (Half-Day)
