Compliance & Quality Assurance:
Ensure 100% adherence to MOH regulations, SOPs, and accreditation standards (e.g., JCIA, ISO).
Conduct risk assessments and implement corrective action plans to uphold patient safety and operational integrity.
Facilities & Process Excellence:
Maintain clinic premises to exceed audit-ready standards (infection control, equipment safety).
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and patient satisfaction.
Team Collaboration:
Partner with cross-functional teams (clinical, HR, vendors) to resolve challenges and streamline workflows.
Experience: 2+ years in healthcare operations, clinic/hospital management, or related roles.
Skills:
Regulatory expertise (MOH, HIPAA, PDPA) and familiarity with healthcare compliance frameworks.
Proficiency in rostering software (e.g., Deputy, Workforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong analytical mindset with a knack for data-driven decision-making.
