Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory PTE. LTD. invites a registered nurse to join our islandwide clinic team.

The role focuses on wound care, assisting doctors during endoscopy and surgical procedures, and supporting daily clinic workflow. Responsibilities include scheduling patient appointments, handling billing and administrative duties, maintaining accurate nursing documentation, and upholding infection control and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Must be registered with the Singapore Nursing Board (SNB).
• Clinic nursing experience preferred.
• Experience in endoscopy or surgery support advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Perform wound dressing and assist in basic nursing procedures.
• Assist doctors during endoscopy procedures and surgical procedures, including minor and major surgery support when required.
• Manage and organise daily clinic operations to ensure smooth clinic workflow.
• Schedule and coordinate patient appointments.
• Handle billing, payment collection and other clinic administrative duties.
• Provide patient care and support before, during and after procedures.
• Maintain accurate nursing documentation and patient records.
• Ensure proper infection control, safety standards and clinic cleanliness are maintained.
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by management.
