Job summary

THE SUPREME HR ADVISORY PTE. LTD. is seeking a Clinic Nurse to support our islandwide network of clinics. You will perform wound care, assist in procedures and help maintain smooth clinic operations.

Responsibilities include coordinating appointments, handling billing, and ensuring infection control and accurate nursing documentation. Training will be provided; SNB registration is required. Working hours are typically 8:30am–5:00pm, Monday to Friday, with half-day Saturdays.

Qualifications

• Must be registered with the Singapore Nursing Board (SNB).
• Prior clinic nursing experience is preferred.
• Experience in endoscopy or surgical assistance is advantageous.
• Ability to perform wound care and infection control procedures.
• Willing to undergo training provided by the clinic.

Responsibilities

• Perform wound dressing and assist in basic nursing procedures.
• Assist doctors during endoscopy and surgical procedures, including minor and major surgery support when required.
• Manage and organise daily clinic operations to ensure smooth clinic workflow.
• Schedule and coordinate patient appointments.
• Handle billing, payment collection and other clinic administrative duties.
• Provide patient care and support before, during and after procedures.
• Maintain accurate nursing documentation and patient records.
• Ensure proper infection control, safety standards and clinic cleanliness are maintained.
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by management.
