Key Responsibilities:

· Provide direct patient care, including monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and assisting with daily activities.

· Assist in the assessment, planning, and implementation of patient care plans, collaborating with healthcare teams.

· Educate patients and their families on health conditions, treatments, and care procedures.

· Ensure patient comfort and safety by maintaining a clean and organized environment.

· Document and maintain accurate patient records, including progress notes and treatment plans.

· Assist with diagnostic tests, procedures, and minor surgeries, as needed.

· Respond promptly to patient needs, providing support during emergencies or critical situations.

· Maintain infection control protocols and adhere to hospital policies and procedures.

· Participate in team meetings and continuing education to stay updated on best practices.

· Provide emotional support and comfort to patients and their families
