Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nurse to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in providing top-quality eye care services to our patients. The Nurse will work closely with ophthalmologists, optometrists, and other healthcare professionals, ensuring the smooth operation of our clinic and the delivery of exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

· Patient Assessment and Care: Conduct thorough patient assessments, including medical history reviews, vision tests, and pre-operative evaluations.

· Assist with Procedures: Prepare patients for minor eye surgeries and procedures, ensuring they are comfortable and well-informed. Assist ophthalmologists during minor surgeries and other medical procedures.

· Medication Administration: Administer prescribed medications and eye drops, monitoring patients for any adverse reactions.

· Patient Education: Educate patients and their families about eye health, post-operative care, and the proper use of medications and eye care products.

· Equipment Maintenance: Ensure all ophthalmic equipment and instruments are properly sterilized, maintained, and calibrated.

· Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, documenting all treatments, procedures, and medications administered.

· Emergency Response: Respond promptly to any medical emergencies, providing immediate care and support to patients in distress.

· Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans, ensuring the highest standards of care.

Qualifications:
