Clinic Nurse

Our paediatric specialist outpatient clinic is looking to hire a clinic nurse. The job scope includes:

1. Reception duties
2. Triaging patients
3. Taking vital signs (e.g. heart rate, pulse oximetry, blood pressure)
4. Scheduling appointments
5. Assisting the doctor during procedures
6. Helping with dispensing of medication
7. Payment collection
8. Maintaining medical records
9. Generating reports
10. Keeping track of the inventory
11. Infection control
12. Upholding clinic cleanliness

The clinic runs full days from Mondays to Fridays, and half-days on Saturdays.

The applicant should have at least 3 years of working experience in a specialist outpatient clinic or a GP clinic, and should be familiar with the use of software systems such as Plato and Clinic Assist. The applicant should be computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Word.
