Responsibilities
- Operations of clinic
- Registration
- Answering Phone calls, Whatsapp and email
- Managing queue systems
- Conducting Health Screening
- Assisting the doctor with procedures and test
- Conducting 12-Lead Electrocardiogram
- Stocktaking and requisition of drugs and other consumables
- End-of-Day settlement of payment terminals
Experience
- Recent graduates are welcome
- Preferred: At least 2-3 years working in a General Practitioner Clinic
Skills
- Computer Literacy (Word, Excel, Office) and ability to learn new system
- Experience with Computer based Clinic Management Systems will be preferred.

Minimum qualifications
- Minimum Requirement: Higher NITEC in Service Skills/GCE O Level with pass in English
- Preferred: Diploma in Health Services Management (e.g. Republic Polytechnic Health Services Management Diploma)
