Job description

Clinic Nurse required by International medical clinic in Tanglin area. Good customer service and communication skills required. Competitive remuneration package offered. Singaporean / S'pore PR only.

Job scope includes:

• Performs general nursing duties
• Provide nursing care to patients
• Administer injection and vaccination
• Venepuncture
• Perform triage
• Assist doctors in procedures
• Providing medical support to physicians
• Dispensing of medication
• Provide frontline customer service
• Scheduling of appointment and patient registration
• Handling phone calls and inquiries
• Process invoice and payment collection
• Attend to patients’ queries
• Booking of patient appointments & referrals
• Organising lab results and maintain proper patient records
• Support the daily operations of the clinic
• Manage and maintain medical supplies and inventory / Quarterly stocktake
• Handle administrative and any ad-hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirement:

• Diploma/Degree in Nursing
• At least 2 years of clinical hands-on experience
• Post Basic/Advanced Diploma will be advantage
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to adapt and work in a team are essential
• Pleasant personality with a passion for healthcare
