As a Clinic Manager, Primary Care (GP Settings), you will be responsible for the following duties:
- Manage daily clinic operations to ensure efficient and seamless service delivery.
- Oversee patient flow and scheduling to reduce wait times and optimize appointments.
- Uphold a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for both patients and staff.
- Recruit, onboard, and supervise administrative and clinical support personnel.
- Plan staff schedules and ensure adequate coverage at all times.
- Address patient inquiries, concerns, and complaints with professionalism and care.
- Maintain high standards of customer service and enhance patient satisfaction.
- Analyze patient feedback and implement service improvements accordingly.
- Capable of performing all responsibilities associated with the Clinic Assistant role.
- Manage clinic finances, including budgeting, billing, and cost control.
- Supervise the processing of insurance claims and reimbursements.
- Prepare and present financial reports for senior leadership or clinic owners.
- Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and industry standards.
- Safeguard patient confidentiality and ensure adherence to data protection laws.
- Oversee infection control measures, safety protocols, and audit preparedness.
- Serve as a key liaison between general practitioners, specialists, clinic staff, and external stakeholders.
- Any other ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
- Possess a Diploma in any fields or equivalent.
- Possess a minimum of 4 to 5 years of operations experience, preferably within the healthcare industry.
