Job description

As a Clinic Manager, Primary Care (GP Settings), you will be responsible for the following duties:

  • Manage daily clinic operations to ensure efficient and seamless service delivery.
  • Oversee patient flow and scheduling to reduce wait times and optimize appointments.
  • Uphold a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for both patients and staff.
  • Recruit, onboard, and supervise administrative and clinical support personnel.
  • Plan staff schedules and ensure adequate coverage at all times.
  • Address patient inquiries, concerns, and complaints with professionalism and care.
  • Maintain high standards of customer service and enhance patient satisfaction.
  • Analyze patient feedback and implement service improvements accordingly.
  • Capable of performing all responsibilities associated with the Clinic Assistant role.
  • Manage clinic finances, including budgeting, billing, and cost control.
  • Supervise the processing of insurance claims and reimbursements.
  • Prepare and present financial reports for senior leadership or clinic owners.
  • Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and industry standards.
  • Safeguard patient confidentiality and ensure adherence to data protection laws.
  • Oversee infection control measures, safety protocols, and audit preparedness.
  • Serve as a key liaison between general practitioners, specialists, clinic staff, and external stakeholders.
  • Any other ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Possess a Diploma in any fields or equivalent.
  • Possess a minimum of 4 to 5 years of operations experience, preferably within the healthcare industry.
