As a Clinic Manager, you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Oversee daily clinic operations to ensure efficient service and maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for patients and staff.

• Recruit, train, and supervise administrative and clinical support staff while conducting performance reviews and managing their ongoing development.

• Handle patient inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally while monitoring feedback to ensure high standards of service and implement continuous improvements.

• Manage clinic budgets, billing, and expenses, oversee insurance claims and reimbursements, and generate financial reports for senior management.

• Ensure clinic compliance with healthcare regulations and standards, including patient confidentiality and data protection.

• Oversee infection control, safety protocols, and audit readiness.

• Serve as a liaison among GPs, specialists, support staff, and external partners, coordinating with labs, pharmacies, and other service providers to ensure seamless collaboration.

Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years of experiences working in operations preferable in the Healthcare Industry.
