Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Clinic Manager to lead our East Side branch. The Clinic Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring high-quality patient care, managing staff, and driving business performance. This role requires strong leadership, operational expertise, and a passion for healthcare excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Operational Management
    Oversee day-to-day clinic operations, including patient flow, scheduling, and facilities management.
    Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, company policies, and accreditation standards.
    Implement and maintain efficient processes and procedures to optimize clinic performance.
  2. Staff Leadership & Development
    Recruit, train, and mentor clinical and administrative staff.
    Conduct regular performance reviews and provide ongoing feedback and coaching.
    Foster a positive, collaborative, and patient-centered work environment.
  3. Patient Experience & Quality of Care
    Monitor patient satisfaction metrics and implement improvement initiatives.
    Address patient complaints and concerns promptly and professionally.
    Collaborate with clinical team to uphold the highest standards of care.
  4. Financial & Business Performance
    Manage clinic budget, control expenses, and drive revenue growth.
    Analyze financial reports and key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends and opportunities.
    Develop and execute local marketing and community outreach activities.
  5. Administrative & Compliance
    Ensure accurate and timely maintenance of patient records and billing documentation.
    Coordinate with central office on policy updates, audits, and reporting requirements.
    Maintain clinic equipment, inventory, and supplier relationships.
