As a Clinic Manager, you will be responsible for the following duties:

  • Operational Management:
  • Oversee daily clinic operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.
  • Monitor patient flow and manage scheduling to minimize wait times.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for patients and staff
  • Staff Management:
  • Recruit, train, and supervise administrative and clinical support staff.
  • Schedule staff shifts and ensure adequate coverage.
  • Conduct performance reviews and manage staff development.
  • Patient Experience:
  • Handle patient inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally.
  • Ensure high standards of customer service and patient satisfaction.
  • Monitor patient feedback and implement improvements.
  • Able to perform all duties as a Clinic Assistant.
  • Financial Oversight:
  • Manage clinic budgets, billing, and expense control.
  • Oversee insurance claims processing and reimbursements.
  • Generate financial reports for senior management or owners.
  • Compliance & Quality Control:
  • Ensure the clinic complies with healthcare regulations and standards.
  • Maintain patient confidentiality and data protection per regulations.
  • Oversee infection control, safety protocols, and audit readiness.
  • Communication & Coordination:
  • Act as liaison between GPs, specialists, support staff, and external partners.
  • Coordinate with labs, pharmacies, and other service providers.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 4 years of experiences working in operations preferable in the Healthcare Industry.
  • Able to work AM and PM shifts and at times on the weekends.
  • Cross deployment to neighboring clinics on an as-needed basis.
