A healthcare centre in Singapore is seeking a Front Desk professional to manage patient registrations, inquiries, and appointment scheduling. The role includes excellent customer service, accurate record keeping, and financial transactions, ensuring a welcoming environment for all patients.
Work location:RadLink Lite - AMK, Tampines and Hougang
Working hours:Mon to Fri: 8:30 to 5:00pm, Sat: 8:30 to 1:00pm
Job scope (Front Desk):
Registration of patients
Providing Front Line Support for the Centre
Maintaining Patients Records
Attending to patient’s needs and enquires
Scheduling and managing of Appointments
Answer the telephone promptly and follows the established guidelines.
Collection of payments accurately, balance daily receipts and moneys daily.
Total and transmit daily credit card payments in accordance with the guidelines.
To perform and undertake any assignment or ad-hoc tasks assigned by Supervisor/Operations Manager
