Our client, is a healthcare institution which is currently seeking a candidate to join them as an Operations Executive.

Job Responsibilities:

· Assist the Operations Manager in planning and coordinating the daily clinic operations activities

· Plan and allocate resources to ensure that it is cost efficient and effective

· Ensure the efficiency of the day-to-day operations

· Manage the operations team in service provision and patient care

· Planning and implementing strategies and proposals to improve work processes and service quality

Job Requirements:

· Minimum Degree in relevant studies

· Experience in operations/administration in healthcare sector will be an advantage

· Able to commit to 5.5 days work week (Saturday)
