Job description

We are recruiting on behalf of one of our key clients—an established anchor operator appointed to deliver primary healthcare services to migrant workers in Singapore. We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Clinic Doctor to support their ongoing efforts in providing accessible, high-quality medical care to this essential population.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive medical consultations and treatments for migrant workers in accordance with clinical guidelines and best practices.
  • Conduct medical examinations, manage acute and chronic conditions, and follow up on patient outcomes.
  • Ensure accurate documentation of clinical findings, diagnoses, and prescribed treatments.
  • Collaborate with clinic staff to maintain a high standard of patient care and operational efficiency.
  • Educate patients on preventive healthcare and self-management of chronic diseases.
  • Participate in continuous quality improvement and clinic audits as required.

Requirements

  • Medical degree from an accredited medical university or medical school.
  • Fully registered medical practitioner with the Singapore Medical Council (SMC).
  • Designated Workplace Doctor (DWD) certification.
  • Minimum of 4 years’ relevant clinical experience.
  • Not currently serving any government bond.
  • Prior experience with migrant worker healthcare or community-based healthcare is advantageous
