Our Client, a leading and well-known Health Institution in Singapore is inviting qualified candidates to fill the position as Patient Service Associate / Clinic Customer Service.

Job Descriptions

• Assist & attend to visitors' enquiries.
• Promote and educate patients on the use of mobile applications and self-help functions, and onboard them into nationwide healthcare initiatives to promote self-care.
• Facilitate and plan for programmes, liaise with partnered vendors, and plan for logistics and schedules to carry out the programmes.
• Provide patient care services such as measurement of height, weight, and blood pressure.
• Manage patients’ general enquiries and screen patients’ general condition.
• Provide administrative support as required.
• Frontline operations, assist with patient registration, bookings of appointments & billing duties.

Requirements

• A team player with good interpersonal & communication skills
• Passionate about working in the Healthcare industry
