CLINIC ATTENDANT cum Therapist 中医诊所助理 兼治疗师

Job Description:

• • Assist with consultations and advise clients on the best treatments for their needs.

• • Handling and managing patient satisfaction

• • Performing therapy such as Tuina, Cupping, Guasha etc; professional training will be provided

• • Performing clinic's daily operations such as maintaining hygiene standards

• • Sales of health services or products (attractive commission scheme)

• • Any other tasks as assigned

• • 协助咨询并为客户提供最适合其需求的治疗建议。

• • 与前台、中医师合作并给病人提供合适的治疗和专业服务

• • 为病人施予推拿、拔罐、刮痧、正骨、艾灸、催乳等治疗（提供专业培训）

• • 保持诊室清洁

• • 销售中医治疗/服务或产品（高提成）

Job Requirements:

• • Bilingual proficiency (English and Chinese)

• • Experience in customer service and sales strongly preferred

• • Able to work retail hours, weekends & public holidays

• • Preferably 30 years old or mature candidates are welcome

• • 能以中英语沟通者优先

• • 良好人际关系和沟通能力

• • 可以在周末和公共假期期间上班

• • 欢迎30岁或以上拥有丰富经验的申请者

Minimum qualification level

• • Minimum 2-5 years of related experience

• • TCM related Diploma / Degree (or Medicine)/ Tuina/ Massage qualifications from ITEC/ NITEC/ WSQ/ CIBTAC

• • 至少2-5年相关工作经验

• • 具有相关推拿证书如新加坡中医学院保健推拿文凭 (ITEC/ NITEC/ WSQ/ CIBTAC)

Working Hours:

• • 6 working days, 10am – 9pm

• • 2 breaks of 45 minutes in between
