About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and growing healthcare organization as a Clinic Assistant. In this full-time role, you will be providing essential administrative and clinical support to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our medical clinic.

What you'll be doing

  • Greet and welcome patients, ensuring a positive first impression

  • Schedule and manage patient appointments, including follow-ups and reminders

  • Prepare examination rooms, sterilise equipment, and ensure clinical supplies are well-stocked

  • Assist clinicians during patient consultations and procedures as needed

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, both physical and electronic

  • Liaise with insurance providers and handle insurance-related paperwork

  • Perform general administrative duties such as answering phone calls, managing correspondence, and filing documents

What we're looking for

  • Previous experience as a Clinic Assistant or in a similar healthcare administrative role

  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with patients and clinicians in a professional and empathetic manner

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively

  • Proficiency in using medical software and electronic health record systems
