Clinic Assistant (CA)

Location: Novena

Salary: $2500 - $2800

Working Days: 5.5 days

Working Hours: Mon-Fri - 8.45am - 5.15pm | Sat 8.45am - 1.15pm

Job Descriptions:

1. Register incoming patients.
2. Prepare the patient for examination.
3. Respond to patient phone call queries.
4. Inform patient of financial responsibility.
5. Prepare and file patient forms.
6. Verifying and updating patient information.
7. Assisting doctors and nurses if needed.
8. Scheduling appointments for patients.

Job Requirements:

1. With relevant working experience as clinic assistant.
2. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office.
