• Positive, service-oriented attitude with excellent interpersonal skills.

Aesthetic Clinic Assistant/ Therapist

Looking for a clinic assistant/therapist to join our family!

Job details:

Front Desk & Customer Service

• Greet patients warmly and manage front desk operations
• Schedule and coordinate appointments
• Handle phone and online enquiries professionally

Aesthetic Treatments

• Perform non-invasive treatments such as Hydrafacial, chemical peels , and other skin therapies under supervision and training

Clinical Support

• Prepare patients for procedures
• Assist the doctor during aesthetic treatments
• Support post-treatment care and maintain treatment room cleanliness

Clinic Operations

• Carry out general administrative duties and assist with day-to-day clinic tasks
• Maintain inventory, cleanliness, and compliance with hygiene standards

Patient Experience

• Build rapport and foster positive, trusting relationships with patients
• Provide excellent service to ensure a warm and professional clinic environment

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Clinic Assistant or Therapist in an aesthetic clinic in Singapore or related healthcare fields.

• Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese.

• A positive, service-oriented attitude with excellent interpersonal skills

• Passionate about aesthetics, personal grooming, and patient care

• Able to work independently and as part of a supportive team
