Position: Clinic Assistant x1

Responsibilities

• Attend to patients and assist the doctor in his/her duties.
• Provide health screening and vaccination information to patients (we are an official vaccination center).
• Dispense drugs to patients.
• Registration, dispensing, case closing.
• Daily closing, tally cash.
• Specialist, lab, and radiology referral.
• Claims.
• Stocktake, stock ordering, enter inventory.
• Filing and admin work.

Requirement

• Preferably with GP clinic working experience.
• Entry-level candidates with no working experience will be considered as well.

Position Title:Staff Nurse x1

• Clinic Location: Marina One Clinic

Job Responsibilities

· Provision of basic nursing duties (eg. phlebotomy, vaccination and wounds dressing)

· Provide medical care and counselling to patients

· Perform basic triage, assist in minor procedures

· Dispensing of medication

· Maintain drugs inventory level and perform quarterly stock take

· Management of patient’s medical records

· Perform clinical and administrative duties

· Handle phone calls and enquiries

· Schedule patient appointments and registration

· Booking of referral appointments

· Assist in managing smooth and efficient clinic operations

· Responsible for planning and maintaining clinical & service quality

· Any other duties as assigned by the management

Requirements:

· Nitec or Diploma in Nursing

· At least 1 year of working experience in the related field

· Must be fully registered with Singapore Nursing Board

Position: Physiotherapist

• Clinic Location: ISLAND WIDE

Responsibilities:

• Provide evidence informed and quality physiotherapy services to patients Strong clinical skills to assess, develop and implement treatment plans to help patients with their rehab journey
• Provide appropriate patient education for their rehabilitation
• Requirements: Masters/ Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy (recognised by AHPC)
• Private practice experience will be highly advantageous.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to form own caseload will be a huge advantage.
• Fluency in local languages will be an advantage.
• Self-motivated to keep abreast with the latest evidence for physiotherapy.
