A healthcare clinic in Singapore is looking for a Customer Service Executive to ensure operational readiness and assist with patient management. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of customer service experience. Responsibilities include registering patients, scheduling appointments, managing enquiries, and supporting administrative tasks. This position offers a salary range of $2,000 - $3,000.
Working Hours: 5.5 days, office hours
Working Location: West region
Salary: $2,000 - $3,000
Ensure clinic’s operational readiness
Register patients and schedule appointments accordingly
Perform billing function, attend to and manage patients’ enquiries
Contacting and ensuring patients are prepared for appointments
Assist clinic service manager in administrative duties
Perform any other ad-hoc duties and responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time
Min. 2 years of customer service experience preferred
Able to work under fast paced environment
