Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Greet patients, manage front desk ops (check-ins, scheduling, payments)
  • Handle inquiries via WhatsApp, calls, and walk-ins promptly
  • Assist physicians during consultations/treatments
  • Maintain accurate patient records using digital tools
  • Guide patients on clinic processes, post-treatment care, and herbal instructions
  • Monitor treatment progress and conduct follow-ups
  • Support inventory management, medication prep, and supply tracking
  • Meet monthly service goals and support admin tasks as needed

  • Position : Clinic Assistant/Receptionist (TCM/Training Provided/6 Days) – Up to $4,000 + Bonus
  • Location : East – Bedok South
  • Working hours : Monday to Saturday | 9am to 8pm – with 2 hours break
  • Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $4,000 + Variable Bonus + Annual Leave + Medical Leave
  • Duration : Permanent
  • Industry : Traditional Chinese Medical

Main Responsibilities:

  • Greet patients, manage front desk ops (check-ins, scheduling, payments)
  • Handle inquiries via WhatsApp, calls, and walk-ins promptly
  • Assist physicians during consultations/treatments
  • Maintain accurate patient records using digital tools
  • Guide patients on clinic processes, post-treatment care, and herbal instructions

Requirements:
