Key Responsibilities

• Greet and register patients, assist with form-filling.
• Manage appointment bookings and respond to patient inquiries.
• Process billing, payments, and insurance/Medisave claims.
• Assist doctors during consultations and minor procedures.
• Maintain clinic cleanliness and replenish supplies.
• Support general clinic operations as required.

Requirements

• Open to students.
• Able to work at least 3–4 days per week, including night shifts.
• Pleasant, service-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer skills required; prior clinic experience is a plus but not necessary (training provided).
