A leading clinic in Singapore is seeking a Clinic Assistant to support administrative and patient management tasks. This role involves scheduling appointments, managing insurance processes, and ensuring patient data is current. As a Clinic Assistant (Office Hours), you will be responsible for the following duties:
Schedule patient appointments and make reminder calls.
Data entry of insurance information and medical history.
Verify patient’s insurance coverage and collect co-payments.
Process and follow up with corporate and insurance billings.
Review patient accounts, identify delinquent accounts and collect due amounts.
Ensure patient data up-to-date and verify patient information at every visit.
Respond to patient queries and concerns.
Keep up to date with information regarding insurance programs and funding sources.
Participate in patient’s assessment/screening and registration.
Support clinic dispensary and clinical measurements for health screenings
Any other tasks assigned.
Requirements:
Minimum GCE O Levels or equivalent with 1 year of related clinic assistant or customer service experience preferred
