As a Clinic Assistant (Office Hours), you will be responsible for the following duties:

  • Schedule patient appointments and make reminder calls.

  • Data entry of insurance information and medical history.

  • Verify patient’s insurance coverage and collect co-payments.

  • Process and follow up with corporate and insurance billings.

  • Review patient accounts, identify delinquent accounts and collect due amounts.

  • Ensure patient data up-to-date and verify patient information at every visit.

  • Respond to patient queries and concerns.

  • Keep up to date with information regarding insurance programs and funding sources.

  • Participate in patient’s assessment/screening and registration.

  • Support clinic dispensary and clinical measurements for health screenings

  • Any other tasks assigned.

Requirements:

  • Minimum GCE O Levels or equivalent with 1 year of related clinic assistant or customer service experience preferred
