The role involves working closely with the clinic manager and medical director, ensuring high standards of care and efficiency. Experience in an aesthetic clinic is preferred, but training will be provided.

Clinic assistant (full time)
$5-7K salary a month
Job scope:
a) Assisting with daily operations- appointments, enquiries, sales, treatments

b) Patient care- performing therapist treatments (eg facials), assisting Doctor treatments

c) Marketing- replying enquiries on social media/whatsapp/phone

d) Assisting the Clinic Manager in maintaining the facilities, equipment and stock inventory

e) Assisting the Medical Director in any other matters that may arise
Work experience in aesthetic clinic preferred, training will be provided
