A healthcare staffing agency located in Singapore is seeking a Clinic Assistant to support operational efficiency at a clinic near Lakeside MRT station. Responsibilities include patient registration, assisting with clinical tasks, and maintaining cleanliness. Prior experience as a clinic assistant is preferred, but training will be provided. Work hours are Monday to Friday and one weekend morning.

• Assist the Clinic Manager and ensure operational efficiency of the clinic.
• Perform front desks duties – registering patients, answering phone-calls, and dealing with enquiries.
• Cashiering duties – payment collection, filing claims, bookkeeping.
• Assist clinical tasks like ECG, nebulizer, dressing, minor surgical procedures, triaging.
• Maintain adequate supplies and functionality of consumables and equipment.
• Maintain clinic's cleanliness and appearance.

Job description

CLINIC ASSISTANT

location: Lakeside MRT station (Jurong west)
Working hours: 5.5 Days | Mon – Fri 830am to 3pm (Required to support 3 Weekdays nights 6pm to 9pm) + 1 weekend morning. 830am to 1pm.
Salary: $2000-$2500

Responsibilities:

• To assist the Clinic Manager and ensure operational efficiency of the clinic.
• Perform front desks duties – registering patients, answering phone-calls, dealing with enquiries and assisting doctor's needs.
• Cashiering duties – payment collection, filing relevant claims, bookkeeping.
• Clinical duties – assisting clinical tasks like ECG, nebulizer, dressing, minor surgical procedures, triaging.
• Inventory – Maintain adequate supplies and functionality of consumables, medications, stationery, medical equipment. Stock taking and organization of stock.
• Maintenance of clinic's cleanliness and appearance.

Requirements:

• Prior experience as clinic assistant will be an advantage
• Training will be provided.
