Job description

  • Location: Islandwide

  • Working hours: 6 morning shifts (8am-2pm) and 2 evening shifts (6.30pm-10pm) per week

  • Monday to Sundays: 8 AM - 2 PM, Monday to Thursdays: 630 PM - 10 PM

Our Client is a healthcare provider in Singapore that focuses on enhancing patient care through support and technology while reducing administrative burdens on doctors.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform clerical and administrative tasks in the clinic, including patient registration, medication dispensing, claim submissions, and payment processing.

  • Register patients and verify CHAS/Insurance eligibility.

  • Assist doctors during procedures and serve as a chaperone when needed.

  • Prepare and ensure medical equipment meets health and safety standards.

  • Manage and dispense medications and consumables, including preparation, replenishment, and checking.

  • Handle phone calls, schedule appointments, and send reminders to patients for chronic medication follow-ups.

  • Administer and document referrals, lab tests, and radiology services with various vendors.

  • Maintain general housekeeping of the clinic.

  • Carry out additional duties as assigned by the doctor or clinic manager.

Requirements:

  • Minimum GCE “N” level qualification.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Willingness to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

  • Positive, self-motivated, and customer service-oriented.
