Job Scope:

• Handle registration, admission, and discharge processes.
• Assist in providing accurate information to patients and handle complaints.
• Process billing inquiries and collect payments.
• Assist doctors and nurses in the treatment room.
• Help monitor patients' health status.
• Assist patients with personal hygiene, serve meals, and facilitate oral feeding.
• Perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum O / A Levels.
• Good communication skills.
