What will be the scope of work?

1. Address enquiries over calls, emails, and WhatsApp.
2. Provide personalized service for in-clinic patients including appointment planning, registration, dispensing of medications, and billing.
3. Provide quality patient care through patient education and assisting doctors with chaperoning and minor procedures.
4. Multi-task administrative duties like inquiries handling and stock taking.
