Job Responsibilities:

1. Manage the reception area.
2. Attend to patients and perform front-desk duties such as patient registration, appointments, and billing.
3. Handle administrative duties including insurance matters, stock management, purchasing medications, and stock taking.
4. Handle lab reports.
5. Assist the doctor during consultations, wound dressing, and infusions as needed.
6. Ensure adherence to policies and procedures, including safeguards against wrong operations, checking of swabs, instruments, needles, etc., and reporting discrepancies.
7. Dispense medicines in accordance with guidelines, policies, and procedures.
8. Sterilize instruments.
9. Perform any other duties as required.

Job Requirements:

1. Singaporean only.
2. Experience in a healthcare setting is an advantage.
3. Good interpersonal and communication skills.
4. Good customer service mindset.
5. Fluent in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking patients.
6. Ability to use Plato is an advantage.

Working Hours:

• 5.5 day work week
• Monday to Friday: 8am to 5pm
• Saturday: 8am to 12pm
