Job description
Job Description:
- Answering of inbound calls/emails and assist with enquiries.
- Making of outbound calls to patients and clinics to facilitate bookings of operating theatres.
- Coordinate with clinics to enhance patient experience.
- Make bookings and assist with patient registrations.
- Assist with the issuance of tax invoices for patients or clinics.
- Filing and faxing to coordinate various activities within the department.
- Assist with other ad-hoc administrative duties.
Requirements:
Minimally at least an “O” Level Certificate/Diploma (any field).
