Responsibilities
- Counter duties such as registration, managing payments, and promotion of packages.
- Assist the clinic manager with day-to-day clinic operations.
- Attend to walk-in patients and phone enquiries.
- Assist patients with the booking of their appointments and health screenings.
- Generate, tabulate data, and perform administrative work.
- Any other tasks as assigned.
Requirements
- Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level or equivalent.
- Preferably with relevant working experience.
- Excellent customer service skills and attitude.
