Job Vacancy:

Temporary position: Starting 01 June 2025 for 19 weeks to cover for a staff going on maternity leave

Full time: 40 hours per week

Brief Job Scope:

1. Administrative aspect:
   • Registration of patients, billing, filing of claims, etc.
2. Medical aspect:
   • Dispensing of medications, assist doctor in procedures (e.g., PAP smear, ECG, dressing, etc.)
3. Operational aspect:
   • Maintenance of general cleanliness of the clinic

Timeline for Hiring Process:

1. Advertising period: mid April – mid May 2025
2. Interview sessions: Saturdays 17 & 24 May 2025, 1400 - 1600 hours @ clinic (shortlisted applicants will be contacted 1-2 weeks prior to the respective interview dates)
3. Start date of employment: 1 June 2025
4. Duration of employment: 19 weeks or approximately 4.5 months
