Qualifications

Job description

Job Descriptions:


The Clinic Assistant (CA) ensures and upholds the Foundation Healthcare service experience at our clinics. The CA provides the first touchpoint for the patient upon arrival to the point when the patient enters and leaves the clinic.

Perform frontline operations that includes registration/appointment scheduling/referral booking and cashiering duties when needed:
1. Attend to Walk-In / phone enquiries / Emails
2. Perform chaperon activities and assist in explaining the procedures to patients
3. Support doctors in language translation when needed
4. Proper maintenance of patients’ records, including filings
5. Ensure proper management of drug inventory
6. Ensure proper maintenance of clinic facility for cleanliness and positive image

7. Phlebotomist duties whenever required(where applicable)
8. Adhere to SOPs and perform routine checks/audits within the clinic
9. Responsible for daily operations matters and includes collating & compiling patient management indicators for presentation to management
10. Assist in coverage of other facilities when required

Job Qualifications:

  • Minimum GCE 'N'/'O'/'A' Levels, NITEC or Diploma Holders
  • Valid phlebotomy certificate(If any)
  • Frontline customer service experience is an added advantage.
  • Relevant work experience in healthcare industry would be an added advantage.
  • Experience in working with diverse group of professionals/personnel.

Job Requirements:

  • Able to multitask, PC literate, work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • A good team player with good interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of Dialects is a plus.
  • Ability to commence work immediately is an added advantage
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • 5 or 5.5 workday week options available
  • Full-time / Part-time position is available.
