A healthcare clinic in Singapore seeks a front-desk staff member responsible for managing client interactions and assisting with patient care. This role requires at least N-Level or O-Level education, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in a dynamic team environment. Ideal candidates should have relevant experience, proficiency in medical billing software, and a commitment to high service standards.
Responsibilities:
· Attend to clients and perform front-desk duties including registration, manage appointments, coordinate follow-ups and payment collection
· Attend to inquiries and phone call in a polite and professional manner
· Perform simple triage & measurements – check blood pressure, height, weight, temperature
· Prepare and assist Doctor during minor procedures
· Dispensing medications to clients
· Monitor, order and replenish medical supplies & medications
· Provide administrative support, including data entry and filing of medical records
· Maintain cleanliness and organization of clinic areas
· Other duties as and when assigned
Requirements:
· Minimum Singapore-Cambridge General Certification of Education Normal Level (N-Level) or Ordinary Level (O-Level)
· Preferably at least 1 to 2 years of relevant experience
· Proficiency in medical billing software and basic computer skills
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients, families, and team members
· Compassionate, customer oriented and committed to maintaining high service standards
· Able to work effectively with multi-disciplinary teams in a dynamic, fast-paced healthcare environment
· Able to work shift duties, including weekends and public holidays
