Job description

Looking for Singaporean Clinic Assistants who are able to do SHIFT WORK (day/evening shift). They are expected to be proficient in the relevant duties, including but not limited to the following:

Counter duties
  1. Registration of patients, dispensing of medication, and collection of payments
  2. Performing Specialist/Hospital referrals
  3. Ensuring laboratory/imaging investigations are sent to appropriate vendors
  4. Follow-up on treatments, blood tests, and vaccinations
  5. Handling incoming calls and inquiries
  6. Assisting doctors with chaperoning and conducting minor procedures
Administrative tasks
  1. Submission of subsidised claims
  2. Submission of private claims for various insurance schemes
  3. Stock taking and ordering of medications and consumables
  4. Scanning documents
  5. Regular maintenance of equipment such as fridges and autoclaves, and stock management
