A leading healthcare consultancy in Singapore is seeking a full-time Clinic Assistant to support doctors in clinical and operational tasks. Responsibilities include patient registration, cashiering, clinical assistance, and maintaining stock. The ideal candidate will be punctual, professional, and eager to learn, contributing to an efficient clinic environment.
Ability to communicate with Mandarin and English speaking patients
Responsibilities :
- to assist doctor and ensure operational efficiency of the clinic
- perform front desk duties - registering patients, answering phone calls, dealing with enquiries and assisting doctor's needs
- cashiering duties - payment collection, filing relevant claims, bookkeeping, filing of documents
- dispensary duties
- clinical duties - assisting clinical tasks like ECG, nebulizer, dressing, minor surgical procedures, triaging
- inventory - maintain adequate supplies and functionality of consumables, medications, stationery, medical equipment ; stock taking and organization of stock
- submission of claims for patients under insurance and company employee benefit schemes
- maintenance of clinic's cleanliness and appearance
