Job description

Ability to communicate with Mandarin and English speaking patients

Responsibilities :

- to assist doctor and ensure operational efficiency of the clinic

- perform front desk duties - registering patients, answering phone calls, dealing with enquiries and assisting doctor's needs

- cashiering duties - payment collection, filing relevant claims, bookkeeping, filing of documents

- dispensary duties

- clinical duties - assisting clinical tasks like ECG, nebulizer, dressing, minor surgical procedures, triaging

- inventory - maintain adequate supplies and functionality of consumables, medications, stationery, medical equipment ; stock taking and organization of stock

- submission of claims for patients under insurance and company employee benefit schemes

- maintenance of clinic's cleanliness and appearance

Required Qualities :

- Being punctual

- Being polite and professional to patients and their family members

- Show enthusiasm and willingness to learn and improve

- Being proactive

- Being detailed, responsible and careful when dealing with medical care of patients

- Exhibit professional behaviour and responsibilities at work at all times

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $2,100.00 - $2,300.00 per month
