Clinic Assistant (Singaporeans only)

Job Description

As a Clinic Assistant, you will be responsible for managing the clinic's day-to-day operations to ensure it is clean, organized and welcoming for patients and medical staff.

Job Requirement

· Perform general administrative duties assigned by the Clinic Supervisor or Managers, including:

o Patient registration

o Record medical history

o Dispense medication

o Schedule appointments

o Reconcile daily monetary transactions

o Update medical billings & invoices

o Monthly stock-take of drugs & consumables

· Assist and chaperone doctors during physical examinations

· Prepare and stock examination rooms with necessary supplies. Restock supplies as and when require

· Communicate effectively with patients to address their concerns

· Adhere to all clinic policies, procedures, and safety protocols

· Willing to work shifts (morning / afternoon / night shift)

· Willing to cover duties in other clinics own by the parent company

Skills and Knowledge

· Minimum GCE “O” Level or higher; prior healthcare experience is an advantage, but not required as training will be provided

· Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care

· Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills

· Basic knowledge of medical procedures and equipment used in clinical setup

· Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment

· Proficiency in Mandarin is essential for effective communication with Chinese-speaking patients.
