Role Description

This is a full-time Clinic Assistant role at Artisan Medical Group located in Singapore. The Clinic Assistant will be responsible for communication with patients, receptionist duties, providing excellent customer service, using medical terminology, and ensuring top-notch patient care on-site.

Qualifications

• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
• Experience in Receptionist Duties
• Knowledge of Medical Terminology and Patient Care
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work well in a team and under pressure
• Previous experience in a healthcare setting is a plus
• Diploma in Healthcare or related field is a plus
