Job Description:
Provide frontline customer service.
Scheduling of appointments and patient registration.
Booking of referral appointments.
Handling phone calls and inquiries.
Processing medical insurances, tax invoices, and payment collection.
Maintaining inventory levels.
Handling administrative and ad-hoc duties.
Requirements:
Secondary School/O Level, Professional Certificate/NiTEC in any field.
Ability to converse in English and Mandarin.
At least 2 years of working experience in a related field.
Knowledge in medical insurance processing.
Experience using Microsoft Office, Healthcare system & IT Savvy.
Able to start work within short notice is preferred.
