Clinic Admin Assistant (Nice working environment, 5 days office hours) #HCL

Responsibilities

  1. Provide administrative support to the Department.
  2. Coordinate department and project activities, and prepare necessary documents.
  3. Manage administrative and operational duties such as scheduling, arranging, and facilitating meetings.
  4. Maintain proper documentation of records.
  5. Manage the department’s inventory and equipment.

  • Good organisational and administrative skills.
